Was'nt that a straight forward knock on. The Brisbane player is playing at the ball with his hand , hes facing our goal line. What am I missing?

Though I'm pretty sure it made every Broncos player offside, Jared probably was too so it kind of evened out.

Im missing something here Are we talking about the field goal which hit the crossbar ? Im sure whoever it was got a hand to it and tipped it onto the crossbar This put Hargreaves onside but I cannot for the life of me see how this could be a knock on seeing it went back on to the crossbarWhen you trust your television

Someone called Talkin' sport on Monday and said that there is a rule that states that in the attempt of a field goal that if it is touched in flight and hits the cross bar it is deemed to be a goal.
I can't find that ruling anywhere. Tunks said it was hard to tell whether he touched but didn't question the ruling.

We are terrible at field goals. Have been for years.
No idea how to set one up. No idea even when we should take one in the context of the game.
We don't even put blockers next to the play the ball to stop the chasers. Every other team puts four or more there. Having said that, if we did we would probably be the only side penalised for it.

Why we ever throw the ball to Pearce in the hope he will kick one, I will never know. Because of our lack of structure we are best of shooting from dummy half, just as Maloney did against the Cowboys in the prelim final last year. I would also rather Friend or RTS to have the crack because they seem to have a 'golden touch' that our halves, particularly Pearce lack....
