It's probably a shrewd re signing imo. I get your frustration Lydon but as Rooster 6 says, I don't think we would have paid a whole lot for him. He loves the Club, the area and I think has prob stayed for way unders. He is frustrating but he is obviously very popular with his team mates, and give him the ball 5 metres out and he can sniff out a try that most others can't. Go go gadget arms. He was terrific against Brissy and to be honest he has not lost the ball more than his mate Jennings of late. He has been just as bad.

I think his cheap signing will allow us to do more than we might have thought in regards to signing up Fergo and Maloney or someone else.

I love fans punishing SKD for 2011/2012 errors. Outside of Scheck and Guerra SKD is most improved player in our squad post Smith. From where his defence was pre Robbo to where it is now is reflective of his development. For every ball he has spilt or sideways run, his tough metres far far far out weigh those errors. Plus you can't undervalue the colour of his blood (RWB) and his standing within our club.

Lastly, who on the open market do we rate high than SKD at centre?

Superb decision. When SKD was struggling he was trying to get through some horrendous injuries and playing most games needled up. IF you are concerned about him go and watch all of last year and the games this year. Sure there has been the odd mistake but apart from the diamongs moments there is plenty of work being done that goes unrecognised.
The hitups that someone mentioned goes hand in hand with one of the few Roosters that consistently gets a quick play the ball.
