Well, HC that's your opinion and it's always respected but I say we TRY something and not just sit back and get hammered every week. Here's my letter today to the NRL. I have also written to the Club and awaiting their response.

    Dear David and Tony,
You will be aware that Phil Rothfield wrote an article in Monday's Daily Telegraph entitled “Unfair penalty counts ruining Sydney Roosters’ NRL hopes”. The article is located here.

As a Roosters supporter I believe that this article provides irrefutable evidence of what Roosters fans have believed for years - that the Roosters are unfairly targeted in the awarding of penalties in favour of our team.
Following Mr Rothfield's article I launched a petition on this issue requesting that the NRL conduct an investigation into Mr Rothfield's claims. The petition has attracted nearly 1,200 signatures. I am sure you will agree that this is a substantial response. The article can be found here :

Can you please advise your response to this situation. As a Roosters fan, my enjoyment of watching my team has nose-dived knowing that we will not, in my opinion, be given fair treatment. I am not suggesting any form of corruption or cheating of course.
I look forward to your response. Roosters fans are entitled to answers.
    Many thanks and kind Regards

        OStumpy.
Thank you so much for your action. I signed this, endorsed the petition on FB and a few added as a result of my post. More importantly, I take my cap off to you for your efforts.

I strongly believe it is the sum of individual actions that will change this situation. In fact, I have a strong feeling we have shamed them in to winning today's penalty count. I pit St Merge.

Perhaps secretly the club wanted the fans to make a stance as we the punters have more power than they to change the game. Stumpy, your actions and others on here are part of the ripple effect adding up to a movement.

Today, I'll be there today giving a standing ovation at every penalty.

Yesterday I argued our case successfully to Souffs fan I work with. By the end, he understood my point and agreed with me. It is about the power of one. Individual action makes change.

        Well done my friend.
