Well who'd have though the Vermin's "discipline" would deteriorate so much this year? Last year, the NRL doled out a mountain of penalties to our toothless neighbours to break their 43 year old losing run. But this year, things seem to have changed. I didn't watch their loss to Canberra, but the stats suggest that their weekly NRL welfare cheques might have been suspended.
I wonder how well they would have gone last year if they had been forced to endure the -62 penalty differential we had when we won in 2013? Instead, they got a +43 advantage.
They might have to start working a bit harder for their wins.
