One of the best games I've seen from SKD... geez he was good.

Highlight was him making grubface Inglis look silly with his pursuit and try.

The Aussie team reminded me of the roosters a bit today, don't want to be too harsh on the boys and we are missing some guns but you can't just turn up and trick-shot your way to victory, the kiwis had so much desire today still going nuts on a turnover in the last minute even though game was well and truly won.

I know we have no mini and sonny billions but I can't see them not being around having to much to do with our losses. Not too concerned about the broncs/storm games, I believe saints and sharks won pretty much on hunger.
Our full roster is better but won't count for candy apples if we can't roll our sleeves up all the while waiting for rts to score 100m tries.

That game highlights that anyone can win this competition if the whole team buy into playing with passion and belief.

Games are won with the heart and will, as the individual talents of the current crop of athletes are so highly tuned.

Maloney has struggled to run his edge this season and now you want him to run the whole team?

Maloney played well in a game that didn't resemble anything close to club footy, there was no structure a lot of the play was off the cuff and defence was not a priority (putting it lightly). Any half whose worth something at club level should've dominated that game which Maloney and Austin did.

There needs to be perspective and proportion added to these arguments when it comes to City V Country.

Maloney is not an organiser and never has been. Lets get serious.
