Brock Milan was a beast. One of those players who if he was just 10cm taller would be a gun in first grade. Real Gallen like performance.

Very impressed by Jack Seijkas defence too, if he was to get a run in first grade during origin I don't think he'd let anyone down.

Were you guys watching the same game that was reported? From what people are saying, I was assuming that we lost 60-0 and looked hopeless the whole time. Instead:

      Wyong Roos 26 (A Papalii 2, O Slaimankhel, S Langi, J Siejka tries; T Cornish 3 goals) bt Wests Tigers 14 (J Sila, K Rowe, A Fiagatusa tries; J Drinkwater goal)
SUMMARY: The Wyong Roos have come back from trailing 14-0 at halftime to put 26 second half points on the Wests Tigers. Roos hooker and captain Mitch Williams inspired the comeback with two important second half try assists, while Samisoni Langi also put in a very strong performance and scored a vital try.

Some comments on how we can back and made it look like a pretty convincing win on paper? Slaimankhel scored a try... a good one?

He played FB? Team list suggests he was on the right wing (or left if you're toops.)

I only watched first half, and he was on the wing.

                Just watched the replay.
Taped live telly, gotta prefer the dish to channel 9.

Anyways, Langi got man of match, kinda makes you wonder if they were watching another game.
                Don't think he's a 5/8.

                Omar the winger was unimpressive.

Mitch Williams is good, but he may have already found his level . I dunno.

McIllrick don't look first grade standard.

Nene is never gonna make it, IMO.

                Setu is a joke,
                Just like the rules.

                On the upside.............

Both props look solid, and potential useful forwards.
Jack Seijka was a better choice for man of match.
Papali could be great, who knows?
Brock Whatshisname could be great if we start playing RL and reduce this interchange crap.
We won, and we had the Rooster symbol on our sleeves...

Pity they did'nt give Hastings or Mitchell a run.

I was particularly impressed with Fiji front-rower Eloni Vunakece. Fit, aggressive and hard working. Not far off FG imo. Handy off the bench type of player.

                    And,
for all the QLD Roosters who approved of the Newtown Jets affiliation, should consider watching the Ipswich Jets.

Their leagues club is pretty cool.

But nothing will make up for having reserve grade stolen.
