I am frustratedwith whats going on, but as much as booting the coach might seem like a solution, I think its a huge problem. Smithy wants to make changes, at least lets see if this happens and what the performances are like.

Sooner or later coaches aren't going to want come anywhere near us - at least the coaches who have long periods of success. Give the guy a chance. We need to see out our contract with him, so the great coaches will actually come to us in the future, and he can get some systems in place and shape the team in the way he sees fit. Nah he really doesn't, he's still got a relatively young squad and he deserves the chance to have a crack at developing them for a few years. I've seen steady improvements over the past 3-4 weeks, it's amazing what a bit of confidence would do to this side right now.

I don't see us finishing anywhere near the bottom of the table.
