Has got to go. I want him to win but either tactically he has failed OR the players are no longer listening to him. And while he goes, he can take some dead wood with him. It's about time we got a coach who has a winning record. This is Shit!

I am frustratedwith whats going on, but as much as booting the coach might seem like a solution, I think its a huge problem. Smithy wants to make changes, at least lets see if this happens and what the performances are like.
I reckon if we get the spoon, he'll get the elbow, absolutely.
There are players in the side who are not playing like 1st graders, they need to get punted, NOW. Yes, thats down to tthe coach.
I keep thinking that there is a problem behind the scenes, morale maybe, division over Carney, feeling let down by Toddy ??? I dont know, but to me something is smelly.
I'm glad some aren't still saying its early in the season, because we are headed for the iceberg at full pace atm and it needs to be corrected.

If we sack the coach everytime we go on a losing streak then ... oh wait, that's what we DO as it is. And look where it has gotten us.
Smith got us to last years Grand Final ffs, he deserves a chance to turn the first decent losing streak he's had at the club around. If players aren't listening too him or not pulling their weight then I'm sure we won't see them in first grade in two weeks time.

Are we going to sack every coach after a year and a bit? This club chews through coaches like there is no tomorrow. Sooner or later coaches aren't going to want come anywhere near us - at least the coaches who have long periods of success. Give the guy a chance. We need to see out our contract with him, so the great coaches will actually come to us in the future, and he can get some systems in place and shape the team in the way he sees fit. It's the gutless, heartless players anyway that have the problem, not the coach. It's the players who play dumb football, drop the ****ing ball and give away penalty after penalty that have the problem. Not the coach. Sack them.

But I repeat it is the coaches job to get the players in the mindset that they don't drop silly ball and give away penalties..

Nah he really doesn't, he's still got a relatively young squad and he deserves the chance to have a crack at developing them for a few years. I've seen steady improvements over the past 3-4 weeks, it's amazing what a bit of confidence would do to this side right now.
I don't see us finishing anywhere near the bottom of the table.
