I've said this before about this subject and have never been answered.

What else can Nick do???

He's provided us with 5 GF appearances since 2000. Most clubs and supporters would be envious of that record, in the modern SL era.

He (according to many) picked the coaches and background staff and most of the players. Given the players the best AVAILABLE at the time.

He's reinvented this club many times over in the period but still keeps getting the club thereabouts. That he's never let us slip for more than a season at a time is really something IMO he should be credited for. He's made some tough choices and been farked over a few times but got on with it.

How can the man be blamed for losing 4 from 5 GFs???

He can't play for them. He can only provide the best possible environment to make the farking GF. He's done his job many times over.
