Arm carrying the ball is not touching the ground, and the defender not touching attacker. Play on. Nothing to see.

There was also two forward passes in the movement.

And this is Jake Friend "not" being held back by Simon Mannering in the Warriors field goal. BTW, Mannering wasn't the one playing the ball so it is not a case of tangling with the ball-player.

I can almost understand every forward pass or knock-on by the Warriors being allowed to play on. Video refs ignoring conclusive video evidence though... fmd.

What about their forward short ball when they scored their long distance try.

Thanks dice, the 2 calls by the refs were laughable. They have set the benchmark now for this .Archer must rule on this or it becomes acceptable and we will probably see this tactic in the origin game next week.If this tactic is legal you would be a fool not to use it.

Even the vatuvai try was at least half a metre forward. pass was thrownaround the 10m he catches it clearly inside the 10m...

And the drop ball call against us when replay showed an obvious strip, they scored on that set.

We bag the ch 9 commentary, but i was losing my shit when those kiwi commentators sugar coated all the warriors advantages and kept saying the game goes on and roosters have to find a way to overcome this? They are by far the worst and most biased commentators in the game.

Yeh the two forward passes in succession were more of a concern, even though technically he mightve been held I'm fine with them to call play on there tbh.

The forward pass for their second try took the cake though. **** knows what touchies even do these days.

Have to give coach Robinson points for diplomacy in regards to Jake Friend being held back by the warriors' #13 during their field goal to level the scores.
The home crowd seemed to think they were dudded at the end of the first half and at other times of the match.

I was OK with the play-on call given it was a split second thing.
I was not OK with the forward passes.

Well done to the Roosters, missing five usual first graders (for some reason the absence of JWH wasn't mentioned) and playing with 16 only as McIlwrick didn't get any minutes.

I am actually the other way. Forward passes can be subjective and easy to miss depending on the field position of the officials. I am ok with them being missed.

The Hurrell tackle on the other hand was no doubt at all. The video refs had very clear footage of the tackle being completed. It matters not how long SOH had his hand on Hurrell, the tackle was completed, as it was when Jennings was penalised for the same thing a few weeks ago. Video refs making up their own rules on this one.

Fair enough dice. Do you think that Luke Phillips has to go out of his way to appear impartial?
