It's a new forum but it's definitely an update on what this is.

TBH I think that there is room for both.
I haven't posted much on this site lately mainly due to the egos that now abound here.

It just doesn't have the same feel anymore.

When he logs back on in 3 months time, I'm sure he'll feel a pang of disappointment for about 5 seconds, before he realises he doesn't have to look after this site anymore.

I love any attempt to create new Roosters content on the Web but with turk and Kegs already seemingly running the show I don't hold much optimism. Good luck to you BP though, I've only viewed it briefly on my phone but looks a nice, fast responsive site

This..both sites can co exist. Quite often one can give the other ideas updates news etc.

I echo Chook 56 comments, this was a great place but in past 6-7 months in addition to the new site not being as user friendly and dropping off a lot of members, stats for page visitors, members friends , etc, I noticed a palpable change in the mood and culture of the place. The change in culture and mood occurred even before the new Chookpen interface was up and running. I still frequent here as it's still in my blood but not as often as before.

turk ran the show on this site and destroyed any atmosphere it had. all under your watch. enjoy that high horse while you can N_6, you wont be on it much longer.

I agree BP, turk, Kegs and others did ruin this forum for an extended period. I think the level of footy talk since though has returned to a very enjoyable level. There's no high horse here.
