So Hastings was named at 14. Elliot isn't playing 20s. Does that mean someone is a late withdrawal in the centres/wing or did he line up for Wyong?

I thought that was Latrell with the 1 on his back but playing out in the centres? Hasn't really touched the ball so I have not heard his name called but it looks like him.
