Toops is a very humble, quiet personality it would seem. And you can't blame him if he is low on confidence. He still has no idea where he will be next year. I feel for the guy.

He needs a few espressos before a game. We know he can do it, just not getting it done and it's not laziness IMO, its just confidence as someone already said. If we're going to keep him, the coaching staff have to sort his head out.

he lost his confidence in soo as all coaches worked out how to nullify hgim he now looks a bit ordinary? some time in reserves would do him no harm? opens up a spot to blood latrell too!

Toops is a cool customer. At times, i'm not sure if he has a pulse so it's very difficult gauge where his confidence levels are at.

Also, there is no one that comes close to being good enough to replace him from the lower grades. After SKD, he is our best winger at the club by a long way....
