I suspect a mutual decision was reached because he may well have an adverse outcome with the whole drug thing.
While I never wish indulge in Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc, I would ask if there is any correlation between K.Hunt's revelations and anything that is going on at this club, in any capacity.
marty was deemed guilty by association hed spent some time with cohorts of danks, straighter than tontos arrow there was no way on earth he was iunvolved in any re3creational drugs, during the footy season he doesnt even have a beer. i do feel sorry fror him as all he wanted to achieve was success at easts and a soo for qld, both within hisw reach if he was fit?

Would you feel sorry for him if you though the did steroids and introduced a shady character into our club?
Not saying he did but would that change your opinion?
Our club had high expectations early on.
SJ probably has more insight than most of us when it comes to his personality.
(as any good dad would)
His love for the club has been documented, and it serves a purpose.
That means the majority of us wish he was a better player than he has proven.
Seemed to reserve his best against the tigers, imo.
yes eddie i do know the young man very well? altrhough in the last few years hes drifted away, i do feel very sorry for him he has an iffliction in his leg bones that the3y start to break, dont think hell ever recover from that its paqrt of his dna? which means hes probably played his last game? i remember seeing him play in the trial v manly this season at gosford, a real waste of talent as hed now be 26 and starting to come good asa a prop? i wish him well in whatever he takes up from now on he owns a snake farm and is a masd keen fisherman, extreme4ly intelligent his hsc marks years bacxk put him into the area thatr he coiulkd do medicine at unis, maybe hell go to unis, he was stydying part time at the roosters so, who knows where that might take him, hes best mates with jwh asak him hell know!
I always liked Kennedy and was disappointed when he first left the Roosters. I can recall a few years back there was plenty of talk about him as a potential first grade captain at some point in time. Whether it was his ankles that stopped him from going further or something else I have no idea. I do know that this is a sad and untimely end to a career that at some point held a great deal of promise.
Martin Kennedy was a dud when he played at the Roosters. His form at the Broncos confirmed this. I was happy when he left the Roosters the first time and happier he has gone again.
