  • Guerra leaves QLD training with ankle injury

apparently Guerra had to leave QLD training with a right ankle injury, not considered to be serious enough to miss SOO3 but could certainly affect his ability to back up against the Panthers on Saturday, given his recent form it wouldn't be the worst thing for Robbo to give him the weekend off to recharge his batteries for the run into the finals.

Yeah I would give him the weekend off regardless.

We lose nothing with SST taking his spot.

Apparently he completed the session so he will be ok.

I wouldn't mid him getting a spell. But if that's not possible I would like Aubbo to play 80 so he and Boyd only have to play 40 each.

The one who really seems to need a break is Pearce.

He didn't leave training (opposed session against under 20 QLD). Had some work done off the field and then returned finish session. If everyone else is for and firing for this wknd I would def give him a weekend off tho. Wouldn't even want to see him at the game. Pay for him have tropical weekend in cairns get him recharged because we need him against likes cows, broncs, panthers.

We didn't lose too much with Hastings filling in against the warriors.

I wouldn't mind all our Origin boys getting a week off bar Jennings.

I wonder how the boys would celebrate if the blues were to get up. 3 day back up after a match with the intensity of a decider, plus the interstate travel leaves little time for boozing. This will be a big match with Penrith finding some form.

Guerra's form since coming back from his face injury has been pathetic, I cant believe he got selected for SOO, and holding his spot in first grade is a wonder as well, he is either playing injured, or just way down on form, but in his current form he is a burden for both teams.

I don't think you would be too positive about Hastings if Fergo hadn't scored that winning try. We need Pearce. FULLSTOP.

I agree. Guerra has been our biggest disappointment this year. Has done SFA.

Maybe the blokes picking those teams can see something that you can't. Just sayin'.......

                        Gimme a break.
Took great interest in how Hastings went during that match.
The result is a different animal.
