Knights halfback Jarrod Mullen is one of two players charged by the NRL Judiciary today but he will be cleared to play for Country on Friday night if he takes the early plea.
Mullen was charged with a Grade 1 dangerous throw on Kevin Proctor in the 33rd minute of Newcastle's 42-12 loss to the Storm in Melbourne on Saturday.
Similarly, Roosters second rower Nate Myles, who was overlooked for the Kangaroos, has also been charged with a Grade 1 dangerous throw on Greg Bird in Sydney's 24-13 loss to the Titans at the Gold Coast on Saturday.
