Baird should say nothing. Having been on this forum and the wall for many years now What I find amazing is it seems SKD has 100 percent support from all the posters Amazing because every time it was another player (Brett Stewart comes straight to mind ) the opinions of most have been completely opposite.

I have no idea whats gone on. But what I can see is the double standards of many people here when it involves one of our own players as opposed to a player from another club

I hope SKD is innocent and continues his ong career with the Roosters

I agree with you too Mr. Walker. I hate that element of our fanbase who think of themselves highly and in reality are no worse than those they criticize. History has shown that Brett Stewart was also a victim and especially a victim of the court of public opinion, presided over by the Daily Telegraph and similar news outlets.

I can see Mr Walkers point and I hope whats happened closer to home maybe might make us think twice before making judgements about other players.
Personally I think one of the differences is that SKD has the reputation for being an extremely decent young man. From my experience this reputation is more than justified.
Many fans from other teams have the same opinion and that is why many people are giving him the benefit of the doubt as opposed to other cases.

I noticed those same double standards in last years prelim final against Souths.. When the Souths players took the field, the Roosters supporters booed and jeered, yet when the Roosters players ran onto the ground, the Roosters supporters applauded and cheered. Who would have thought?
