Former Test prop Jason Ryles, veteran hooker Mark Riddell, centre Phil Graham and Aidan Guerra are unlikely to be at the club next season. Anthony Watts' contract is certain to be terminated as well.
Aren't these the guys who's contracts are up at the end of the year? They are hardly worth keeping and most clubs have a similar list of half a dozen underperforming or retiring players who they won't re-sign. This is an absolute nothing story.
Myles is a different story and it puzzles me as to why we would release him. My only assumption is that we are in line to buy a player on similar dollars. Fatty reported on the BSB this morning that Myles is allowed to find a club before the June 30 deadline. That's a worry.
How on earth could we be over the salary cap, with the mottley bunch of Could Be's, Would Be's, Should Be's, Wanna Be's, Maybe's ,etc, we must be paying overs for the ballboys, give me a break, we should be at least a mill below the limit. I'll keep, Kennedy, Mose, Aubs, Friend,Symonds, an BJ, the rest flog them off, get rid of them, or better still sell them to souths, and start again, with that bunch, and build around them.

Not really. After learning about Nate & his knob manager's (Orr) secret meeting with GC officials via that exclusive picture in the Daily Astonisher, Uncle Nick was VERY pissed off. Especially for Myles' lack of loyalty when you consider the club stood by him over several misdemeanours.
Politis is a loyal & considerate gentleman e.g releasing Soward & Jacob Miller to other clubs whilst still under contract to us however, he doesn't suffer fools or schemers......just ask Ryan Cross!
Uncle Nick is VERY what? I infer Uncle Nick is VERY worried? What is he worried about? Myles leaving shouldn't worry Nick because surely Nick can do something about that possibility.
