    Politis is a loyal & considerate gentleman e.g releasing Soward & Jacob Miller to other clubs whilst still under contract to us however, he doesn't suffer fools or schemers......just ask Ryan Cross!
    If the club asked him to look for other options then why would Uncle Nick be p!ssed off?

        http://www.sportsnewsfirst.com.au/ar...-to-newcastle/

        Roosters chief Steve Noyce has told sportsnewsfirst.com.au while he has not requested a release from the final 12 months of his deal, he has “permission to explore other options".

        “The reality is, (Myles) is contracted here for this year and the whole of next year,” Noyce said.

        “We’ll just wait and see what happens if anything does happen.”

            That's right. The club was unaware's of his intentions until a DT photographer snapped the surprised pair leaving a city hotel after secret talks with Searle and co.

                so sportsnewsfirst.com.au are lying and fraudulently quoting Noyce when they say;

                Roosters chief Steve Noyce has told sportsnewsfirst.com.au while he has not requested a release from the final 12 months of his deal, he has “permission to explore other options".

                    The penny hasn't dropped yet or you're on a different wavelength.
                    The incident i speak of was reported some two weeks ago on the back page of your paper. It is then that the cat came out of the bag alerting officials. The boss was most unimpressed with the way he & his manager sneakingly went about things (still under contract) particularly when you consider how good the club has been to him & decided he must go if some other club buys out his 2012 contract. Therefore the "official" permission to explore other options by Noyce via sportsnewsfirst.com.au dated 4.5.2011.

                    Comprende??

                      Yes, I now know you were referring to the GC discussions, not the Newcastle discussions

                      I stand corrected and apologise unreservedly

                          I wouldn't touch Sonny Bill with a fifty foot pole.Look at what he did to the bulldogs and I think they still want a million dollars to release him Is that true. Have it on good authority that Smithy didn't want to keep Nate. He's not a yes man like the other senior players.
