Should have won the comp every year with the Qld Origin side and a whole state to draw upon. The Saints premiership? Well that was a gift.

Yes and in context the Saints shoulda won 3 or 4 IMO. They kept choking in the finals.

Their single win was essentially a star studded Saints team (all rep players) vs Todd Carney. We fluked it in. Still not sure how they were allowed to sign Gasnier mid-season on minimum salary.

I respect Wayne as a coach, but I'm not scared of him. IMO half of his success comes down to coaching unbeatable teams. Unless it's a rigged game at Suncorp with fireworks, a packed stadium, a big golden statue of Hodges and a heap of dubious calls, I'm not scared at all. I think we have the better team and the better coach.

staying off the booze was a good idea by the team. the morale shown recently both on and off the field and with changes to our style of play clearly evident the past month i hope it continues as I am quietly confident we have a special team to go all the way.

I think everyone is on the same page this year paul and focused on winning another premiership.

It's ours to lose.
