...I'll answer my question by saying that the very same pocket ref was NOT waiving his arms around to get easts back onside. He WAS doing this for the first 3 tackles of every set for Melbourne with NO PENALTY. It was most notable...

Anyone at the game saw this was exactly as it happened. So why didn't the Roosters take the same liberties? Dumb? Yes DUMB.
However not refereeing what is happening right in front of you is hardly what is called fair refereeing is it? And Jake protesting with his arms outstretched was about as useful in changing the course of the game as is jumping on your own head.

Surely the Roosters are fed up with being the bridesmaid in these contencious games. Fella's need to learn to shape your own destinies.

For anyone doubting Cummins prejudice against the Roosters and can do a little math work out the odds for yourself...

Over the last 3 seasons, Cummins has officiated on 17 occassions. 15 of those as head referee for a total of 5 wins. 2 of these wins (2013) were blow outs; 50 - 0 against the Eels, 42 - 0 against the Warriors.
On 2 occassions Cummins has officiated as pocket ref for a 0 - 2 result.

By my reckoning, the Roosters have played a total of 80 matches over this period with 20 games lost.

If it's not prejudice, then please explain how these 12 loses over this period involve Cummins, 10 of which are with him as head ref.

Interesting stats - the storm game officialdom was certainly pre meditated as too Cummins being involved in the dogs game to use as a smother in his outright corruptness the week before - the NRL got what they wanted and it was easy path for us to be eliminated by not only what happened on the field but by the evil forces led by Smith Greenberg Richardson and Murdoch
