Major **** up by the video ref but what can you do.

Of course we would blow up. It's natural like any other fans that hate Easts are cause they want to. You cannot be 100% you're only going by what the commentators are saying. The ref was standing right there and the video ref could not guarantee that 'IT Wasn't a try'. Maybe you think that Checcin was cheating on our favour? Preposterous!

I believe that the referee has decided on a try when referring the decision to the video referee due to the ball finishing up on the line but the ball initially placed on the ground short of the line. It is from here that we are unable to determine whether or not the ball was promoted forward by Kane Evans or whether any natural momentum carried him over the line and due to the amount of bodies that were blocking the view it is impossible to decided conclusively. The referee himself believed it was a try and if there was the old refs call then perhaps a try would still be awarded.

I believe that in all likelihood the ball was promoted forward by Kane Evans but I can not be sure and unfortunate in our game there are times when the ball is lost underneath bodies and we do not know the correct decision. It is a shame that the match will only be spoken about for this decision.

It looked like two movements on video but the ref was sure he saw one movement with momentum and according to the rules if there's not enough information to overturn it then it's a try. I was shocked but I have all confidence in the incompetence of the ref!!!!!! Lol. The bad press did wonders.

Fantastic night in Paddo. Extremely satisfying putting mutts out of the comp. SKD, Cords, SOH, Jimmy, RTs all superb. Moa too, he has really stood up in the absence of JWH. I must say the dogs fans were ok. No issue at all with them. Some reports out of Central Ststion paint a different picture. I reckon crowd was about 55/45 to dogs. Great effort by 16000 odd chooks fans who got out there.
