Nah seriously I actually don't feel hatred towards RTS. Certainly not the same feelings I have towards that coward Hodges.

RTS is a very polite and appreciative individual. As I said before, there is no harm in looking for a larger pay cheque. We were lowballing from the beginning and I get the feeling the warriors have written cheques that their arses can't cash in. A combination of the two led to this scenario. Only time will tell.

I really hope he does return one day. Would have loved him to stay for a year extra until latrell is ready.

Latrell for mine. I played a single hole of golf with this lad not long ago and rather than me as the fan being the passionate one it was the opposite. He was all over me asking if I was a Rooster and what my take on the season thus far was. I managed a couple of questions though and what shone so bright for me was how much he loved our club and how grateful he was to be in the RWB.

I don't think Nikorima for fullback, he will be used similar to D. Mortimer, now we are down a half and if Jake gets injured we are screwed, so Nikorima for mine as replacement half or hooker. SKD can be a bit hit & miss and how safe do you think he will be under a high ball with pressure on him? can Robbo afford to have that type of player in such a crucial role. So looks we are vulnerable in one position next year. Personally I would like to get a look at Latrell for the first few games to see how he goes, he will be a star and that's his position.

Experience at 20s level outweighs experience in English reserve grade. Screw Burgess he's a reserve grader in our league.

Throw Mitchell into the deep end. If he is as good as everyone says he will do us proud. No way for SKD at fullback. No where near safe enough. It's either Mitchell or Fergo.
Nikorima looks good for the utility bench role. Good to cover hooker, halves or fullback.

I wouldn't be surprised if SKD were to be trialed at fullback. Rocks and diamonds aside, I think Robbo is a big fan of how he returns the balls, his ability to break tackles and his ruck speed. I also think he'd be a better communicator than Fergo and Tupou. Latrell will still be eligible for the under 20's next year and will probably play for Wyong too; I can't see him being thrown in the deep end (at FB) from the get go. But who knows, Robbo probably already has a solid idea of what he'll do and with whom.

I also wouldn't be surprised if between now and, say, mid February - Robbo and POS keep an eye on the fullback market to see if any opportunistic signings come up. If memory serves me correctly we signed Jennings in mid January, 2013. I'm not saying it will be a fullback of Jennings' playing calibre but someone worth signing (and potentially letting go of someone else). Makes for an interesting off season of sorts.

On a different front, I hope Robbo really works Abraham Papalli hard over the off-season; he's the only player in the Roos team from the other day that showed some promise for mine. Might be worth a bench spot in some guys next year if he goes well in the off season.
