I just don't understand Brian's thinking in regards to Friend. If he leaves him on for 80, then let him rake the entire time. If not take him off for a good spell.

He was buggered and worse of all confused in attack when he was playing as a prop/2nd rower.

Wouldn't it make more sense to play Riddle in the 2nd row and leave Jake at hooker ?
agreed, his effort i guess never comes into question but he does seem a little confused when ridell comes on and he is played as a runner. from my count he was played in this role longer than usual in todays game. jake is our top hooker so should be playing there unless injured or having a rest. and yes a quite a few dumb penalties, that kick away after he knocked on omg!

so smith promised changes after last weeks dismal performance, i wonder what will be his next course of action. the pressure is surely on.

Bit harsh on Skd, when linking up with TC we looked most dangerous, half breaks looked possible and we got as close to line as we could most on that side.

Masoe, Tasi and JWH are starting to hurt some people, the makings of a gear forward pack in a couple of years as they continue to develop.

First good look at Lama Tasi and I believe the hype. Very impressed.

Kane Linnett was going great. So disappointed when he hurt his shoulder in the scoring of our try. Never should have been dropped.

Sharpest Todd Carney has looked by a long way. Threatened but could not deliver, sadly.

SKD and BJ tried hard and took their tackles and only had one error that I can remember.

Forwards tried hard and did their bit.

By your wrap up we were okay all over the park. I really think we lack a ball playing mobile forward. Toupo look good out there. Our forwards ran at the line and threw passes that were not on. Synonds is a centre for mine! Anasta can piss off. FPN, and JWH need to lift there games, and Mose farked our game big time.

Was it just me or did others at the game get the impression that Shark Park is narrower than other fields? Their defence was great but at the games it just seemed like there was no room at all to move.

Adzta, we were ok all over the park.......Induvidually.........As a team though, the communication was non exisistant.

Rather than be positive, i will offer constructive criticisim, Boys, learn to communicate, the player with the ball dies with the ball because no one is talking to each other in attack, so plays are stopping dead !

Same goes in defence, communicate, talk, thats what the Sharks did......

Okay for mine is, even or equal. We were not a patch on a second rate team. Who today was okay. Maybe Carney, Myles, or even Piggy. The rest were rubbish. Communication is not the problem. The team have had the mentality that they can turn up to some games and take the points. If we play like we did against the merge, we take the majority of points away from games. It not communication, its commitment that we lack.

I thought the Roosters actually played OK. Our key players like Pearce, Carney and SKD were dangerous most of the match. They just couldn't finish off. Last year most of those half chances were taken.

It's not our year. We were never going to win the comp this year. We over-achieved last year. A top eight finish would have been a good effort this season.

There is still plenty of dead wood to be cut from this club, not only in the playing ranks.

                                It will happen.
