  • The Hayne Plane

been grounded by the 49ers for todays game, yes its only 1 game but the NFL is a ruthless business and with his penchant for fumbling the ball in his limited exposure there certainly is a possibility that he has played his last snap in the NFL this season.

question is where now for Hayne does he fight his way back into the 49ers team or is he stashed away on their practice squad never to be heard of again.

although it doesn't really mean anything yet, but this could be the first sign his long term future doesn't lay in the NFL.

Would love him to come back to the nrl, which would mean our club.

Jesus Christ it must be the off season. Yes Uncle Nick was seen slipping Coach Tomsula the keys to a luxury vehicle and Hayne is confirmed to be heading to Bondi Junction very soon.**** me.

Same.. I get the feeling he isn't enjoying life over there as much as expected. NFL teams are reluctant to invest a lot of time in players of his age, let alone someone who has never played the game. Even though he has a 3 year deal, it can be terminated any day.

Uncle Nick is influencing game day team selections. It's all part of his grand plan to get the Plane in RWB.

He'd still make more in one year in the NFL than five years in the NRL and sill come back to a big pay packet.

            Chook.

This setback notwithstanding, I wouldn't back against him still making it over there.

He is on a first year contract of US$435K but with only a minimum guarantee of $115K which means if he is cut tomorrow, he won't get the full $435K paid out.

The endorsements are where he'll get his cash.

That's isn't true. Hayne will earn US$1.58 million over three years, considerably less than he may have earned playing NRL.

The endorsements won't be very big for a guy if he hasn't got a contract.

                        It's 1 game FFS...

In NFL people get injured regularly. He'll get more time as the season progresses. He was always a backup player for when the stars get injured.

He is doing himself no favours. I watch the NFL and I've never seen a bloke drop it as much as he does........that's sacreligious in That code.
He has go to sort that out and he deserves to be dropped.

Will he be a rooster if he returns??
                            barbarian ......arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!
