Predicted team for 2016

NRL.com has just predicted the following team for next season:

Sydney Roosters: 1. Blake Ferguson, 2. Joe Burgess, 3. Michael Jennings, 4. Shaun Kenny-Dowall, 5. Daniel Tupou, 6. Jackson Hastings, 7. Mitchell Pearce (c), 8. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, 9. Jake Friend (c), 10. Dylan Napa, 11. Boyd Cordner, 12. Aidan Guerra, 13. Isaac Liu. Interchange: 14. Sio Siua Taukeiaho, 15. Mitchell Aubusson, 16. Kane Evans, 17. Sam Moa.

Still looks pretty strong to me, but depth could be an issue ...

That would be my first choice team to start the season with.... It has youth and big game experience as I would expect that Hastings will take over goal kicking duties and I think SKD will really excel back in the centres as well.

Whilst mostly unchanged we are certainly weeker on paper but more experienced. HAstings brings something different to the halves

Burgess will have to bide his time.

You'd be mad to move Toops to the other side. Daniel and Jenko have an established combination.

I think SKD had an amazing year on the wing. It would be a shame for him to have to move to centre. His running the ball back from kicks and after RTS's run and his quick play the balls were great.

Napa was made to start because of his defensive ability and Moa to come off the bench because of his leg speed against tired defenders.
