Wyong know they are a breeding ground for the Roosters, all top shelf players, are only ever at their feeder clubs until the senior club calls them up, that's their roll, and they accept that.

What a great story. Dad comes out of retirement to play with his son. And they both get a try in the same game. I look forward to seeing Nick play, especially if he has the same mongrel as his old man.

I remember watching O'Meley play us in his first season at the SFS. It was with the Bears and it might even have been his debut. He absolutely smashed one of our front rowers (I think it was Logan) and had a great game.

I remember as a kid (high school footy) that the lower grades intentionally talked down their better players (and talked up the d!ckh3ads) so that they didn't have their team taken away.

1sts was a joke team (bunch of big tongan imports + everybody whose daddy complained). I tried my hardest to stay in the 2nds because we won all of our games and didn't have to put up with the 1sts coach as much (self-obsessed clown). To do this I always put myself down as an 85kg who wanted to play front row. I'd then magically line up as fullback for the 2nds. Unfortunately I got busted

I remember the same. When he was with Norths I remember a young O'Melley punching on with on of our players. I wish we had signed him when he was young and ferocious.
