Very good player, but probably surplus to requirements at the moment.

If only there was a fullback somewhere who was shagging his mates wife.....

              I agree.
You can never know when injury will occur so he could be in the team in Rd 1 & then again he may get injured himself in the trials & not even get a look in.

Guerra won't need to look over his shoulder, the bloke runs in circles !!

Hey guys - I am a Hull FC fan in the UK (keep an eye on this forum to see how Moa Is doing!)
Just to give you a bit of info on Ferres - he is an excellent signing for you guys - he plays on the fringes, hits good lines (as shown in the England v NZ test series that has just finished) and he has a good offload on him. Size wise, he is the same height as Cordner but weighs a bit more, but is light on his feet. I guess similar with how you saw Moa - coming from England you think they will be poor, but he will do really well for you and in the 17 most weeks in my opinion

                    Cheers Wildie,

We have a Guerra we'd like to send to you as a thank you, but he will likely arrive breach. You're welcome! Oh, and don't be concerned if in close games if he dives head first into the pitch. He's just trying to swing those close games your way.

Any negative aspects to his game and can he play big minutes?

I don't see him every week, as he is/was a Huddersfield player and I am a Hull Fc fan - but he is a dangerous player. He only played 13 games this year (he had a bad injury from a dodgy tackle by Rangi Chase which meant he missed around 7 weeks IIRC (video in link), and then he got a 3-4 week ban for punching I think). Below are his stats for the season:

Tries - 2 (but then scored a couple against NZ in the test series)
                        Carries - 153
                        Clean Breaks - 2
                        Try Assists - 2
                        Offloads - 22
                        Metres - 1044
                        Tackle Busts - 17
                        Tackles - 300
                        Marker Tackles - 39
                        Errors - 20
                        Penalties - 9
                        Missed Tackles - 21

I guess his weakness is his handling, which is also one of his strengths - he is always looking for the offload, but that is the type of Rugby that Huddersfield play. I think he is an 80 minute player. In the test series against NZ he started on the bench, but had a great impact

AN angry Huddersfield coach Paul Anderson has called for Rangi Chase to be banned for a length period following a "cowardly" tackle on Brett Ferres.

                            Thanks man.

While you're here, could you give us any info on Joe Burgess? Do you think he'll make it?

Big, quick, but sometimes has hands like feet. That'll be the crux of it.....

Burgess has outstanding pace and agility - I think he is a bit raw when it comes to the core skills though of pass/catch/tackle and I don't think much to his kick returns - but if you want a winger who when put in the clear will 99% of the time turn it into a try, then that is what you will get
