All Blacks star Sonny Bill Williams has chosen his Dream XIII - the players he played with or against who made a lasting impression on him - but there is no room in the squad for rugby legends Richie McCaw or Dan Carter.

The cross-code superstar listed the top 13 rugby or league players he had come across during his playing career.

They included All Blacks Keven Mealamu, Jerome Kaino, Aaron Cruden, Jonah Lomu, Nehe Milner-Skudder, Malakai Fekitoa, French veteran Thierry Dusautoir, English icon Jonny Wilkinson, Wallabies Kurtley Beale and Quade Cooper and league players Kieran Foran, Johnathan Thurston, Mitchell Pearce and Anthony Mundine.


But I thought he hated Snitzel cos he drank piss and chased women in yellow dresses and caused tool downing and game losing???

I reckon SBW's first criteria would be fitness second toughness then footy ability then things away from the game.

Pearce fits that criteria & so does Choc. Don't tell me Choc is not tough he played NRL & successfully boxed professionally. Anyone who steps into the ring professionally with an opponent has got kahunas.
