  • Team looks settled for 2016

Very well balanced and good depth in all positions.

We have always had good balance last year we only lacked 1 seasoned front rower, when we lost JWH at the end it showed -I think the Pom might fill that gap ( if he has actually signed ) .
This year FB might be our heal , I hope the coaching staff can address this with out effecting our line up too much , as the finals showed too many changes is far too disruptive to the balance..

Andrew Johns could be our secret weapon this year. If he can get Pearce back to his late 2014 form.

Have we signed Ferris Bueller or is it just a rumour? He could be our LOD type enforcer off the bench when Jared gets back after a month or so as been reported on here.

Agree Fullback is our dilemma. Hoping Fergo makes a good fist of it. One thing he doesn't lack is confidence. We sure miss RTS but I got the feeling he will only be the shadow of himself over the Dutch.

For the late part of this season I was really over Guerra. But I actually think he will have a massive 2016.
He just looked tired this year.

I can't say I'm too excited to see Fergo in fullback. I'm a huge doubter about this switch.

as for depth, when we get hit by ori9in and we lose players, who are the replacements.

          Fergo-----Latrell, Slaimanikl

          Pearce----Garvey or Cornish

          Cordner------Papali

Jenko-----Move Skidsy in Manu, Burgess, Nathan Smith, Elliott

          Guerra----Eloni Vunakece (Frizzy haired dude)

If smith dies Friend----- Maubs, Nikorima

I don't like our prop depth.

After the main 4 I struggle to think who we have.

Is someone like Nat Butcher ready? Or Vincent Leuluai?

Nat isn't a big bloke, more of a Greg Bird physique so lock/2nd row. Same goes for Vincent Leilua.

As far as front row stocks are concerned - the Ferrett from UK if he signs on, Eloni Vunakece & Abraham Papalii (Wyong) & Paki Afu the missionary man.

In hindsight we should have retained Matagi for depth and experience. The Warriors are after Moa but either way he's off contract after 2016 so POS needs to snap up a highly regarded prop.

Young Liam Knight would be fantastic but Manly want to retain him. Just to chew up their cap even further we should make him an offer too good to refuse. If he comes beaut, if he doesn't even better.......WIN/WIN!! Maybe we can aim for Brenton Lawrence if he comes good and overcomes his back injury.

Lawrence is an interesting one. Wonder where he will be next season.

Think your forgetting about Isaac.JWH Napa Evans Moa and Liu. In terms of depth and quality of our front row rotation we would be in the top 2 or 3 in the game.

Was pleased to see Vunokece added to the extended squad as well.Way better depth option than that marshmallow stromquist was ever gonna be.

I consider Isaac in the lock rotation with SST. One on the bench and one starting.

Maybe next year when Moa goes we'll have Liu in the prop rotation.

Best in the game I think.

Nobody has quality like Moa or Napa on the bench. Evans and Liu would make any other side but one would miss out as a prop when we are fully fit.

Our only real question mark as far as specific positions is how Fergo will go.

Scary thing for other teams is Napa and Evans haven't peaked yet. Only gonna get better. Scary thing for us will b trying to retain both these guys down the track.

Both play tight so not a lot diff to Moa except for their footwork.
