Roosters forwards Sia Soliola and Craig Fitzgibbon will both miss next weekend's game against the Penrith Panthers after suffering injuries in their Round 10 game.
Soliola suffered a medial ligament injury within the first minute of the game that will see him miss 4-6 weeks. He will have scans on Monday.
Fitzgibbon suffered an ankle injury during the second half and will also undergo scans on Monday. He is expected to miss 1-2 weeks.
Three players in the under 20's also suffered injuries in the game against Newcastle with Boyd Cordoner, Martin Kennedy and Fine Moeakiola all set to miss games.
Kennedy and Moeakiola have both suffered Sydermosis injuries to the ankle and will be scanned on Monday while Cordner suffered a severely broken jaw and will undergo surgery on Monday.
