I agree, but it's a huge pity 3 of those games you refer too weren't the Grand Finals we were in with Freddy. 2003 and 2004 are prime examples.
Chook.
2000 i can forgive, he was on one leg. 03 and 04 Fittler didnt turn up. Forwards like Morley and Fitzgibbon busting heads and busting their arses only to see arse clowns like Minichiello Finch, Heggarty and idiots in the backline **** it up. And Freddy was in the middle, lost.
What is it with out club full of blokes who cant close the deal.
You know what really sucks?
We had one of the greatest the game will ever see, and ****wit, clueless nuffy morons like Dean ****ing Young has a premiership and memories of crying with Fat Daddy on the sidelines wearing the ring. Thats a ****ing crime.
It depends on what you value. We are in a results based game and based on results, Fittler took up a massive part of our cap[s] for many seasons with no Grand Final wins.
Chook.
He led us to one Grand Final win.
Love that 40/20 Freddy!
Lovely pass to Wing, Freddy!
We paid him a lot, but we were crap for a long time before he got here and (besides last year) we have been crap ever since. During Fittler's time with us, we were one of (if not THE) most successful clubs in the comp.
Without Fittler, the last 30 years would just be one long painful memory.
The captain, Braith Anasta, leading the team/club well, out of the quicksand it was drowning in.
A fine man and a good player whose form this year, along with a lot of others, Myles included, has been a bit below par.
No way would we have made the 2010 Grand Final without his cool, calm leadership on the field.
No way would we have beaten Souths this year without him...look how many superb kicks for goal he made.
Then there was that field goal.
But look how invloved he was in the plays before that.

Down for the count, the captain scores against the Tigers!
Oh go the captain!
And look at the magic of Todd Carney all year!
Sam P
Todd C
2 of our biggest and best stars, missing for much of this year.
Are you serious? I am guessing you are a school kid so I will take it easy. However, if you think Captain Dogshit is anything other than, well ... dogshit, then you are deluded.
Stop going overboard with the Anasta hate. To think people have been naming him the worst in the list
Mate I respect you and enjoy reading your posts but I think Captain Dogshit deserves everything he gets. I have never seen a bloke put in so little effort. I will admit I liked him before. I wanted him to be re-signed. However, I now believe, like many others on the forum that this judement was incorrect. Even if he tried his best I just can't see how he fits into our team in any way. Compare his football smarts and kicking game to someone like Lockyer. It is embarrassing. He is no longer good enough to play 5/8.
As a second-rower I don't think he is in the top 25 players at the club. Just my opinion but I think he is an overpaid princess. He has fooled many, including myself at various times throughout his career. For mine he just is not good enough. Particularly so when you think of the money he has earnt over the years.
