This is exactly the shit I was alluding to in another thread about the team culture. Someone I know very well told me three weeks ago that Pearce was fried and the team had had enough of it. It's not just him either. Hopefully we don't descend back into the bad old days. This certainly makes you think about the wasted opportunities of the last two years and why the hunger wasn't there.
