We won... I don't care how we do it, a win's a win and we needed this one! Granted they were pretty well full strength bar GidlEEEE and Uate and we have 11 of our top 25 out, I'm happy.

Naughton, Arona, Justin Carney, Tazi, Mataka, Guerra, Riddell (Mose & BJ)... FFS we were basically a Jets side and we still won! That's a positive.

It will be good when Carney starts running it again. As the 2GB guys were saying, Carney and Anasta just kept passing the ball to SKD, rather than backing themselves or doing some dummy-half runs...etc. Granted our play wasn't very expansive, I'm hoping we can build on this. Last week I feel we had a very similar platform. We just need to find that try line!! We're defending well and not letting through a puck load of tries...

      Plently Of Possitives

How good was it when Mini scored and we defended really hard!

That was great to see, it showed they have heart and passion. i was very proud of the boys yesturday, and not suprised that RC would still find a negative.

We can build from this, if we string a few wins together we can turn our whole season around, I know its going to be hard, but i believe in them...Im keeping hope alive =)

      GO THE ROOSTERS!!!!!!

Well done to the Roosters for their win yesterday. They gave me a smile with their celebrations after Mini scored and Mataka was REAL GOOD but I'll reserve special praise for a fantastic performance by JWH. Keep it going boys, show some consistency and heaven knows what can happen from here on out.

RoostermanII your hero was once again shit last nite , that is why I had to drag out your limp wristed thread,if only we could feed him to the lions,we never won a comp with him at fullback & if it wasn't for the most heroic of all fullbacks Luke Phillips being the custodian in 2002,I doubt that we would have beaten anyone if Mini the bumbling fool was palying fullback that nite.We would have lost 3 GF's in a row. This club is fycked cause they perservered so long with him & really cost themselves of signing a great number 1,FFS I wish he fark off into his Mrs shoe shop,he should be good at that stuff espcially handbags, after all he was just another handbag that Freddy carried on his mighty shoulders.

The period between 2005 and today has been characterised for the most part by inconsistency, a lack of progress, ill discipline and a lack of vision and planning. After the strides made at the back end of season 2010 I fully expected the boys to be motivated to come back and go one better but there is something rotten in Bondi Junction.
Interesting, what happened around the same time in 2004?

One hint now, we picked up a player to replace Brad Fittler.

No, not that "bench player at best" like Ricky Stuart said.

No, not him. Even if he played one good game in 10, he's not who I mean.

              Okay, I mean this guy.

              The trouble starts here.

No argument here PIM and were it that simple I would have hope but alas I have none whilst ever I hear post-game comments by noyce and coach smith that show me they are seemingly out of touch with just how bad this Roosters side has become.

As for this thread's subject, are those of us with a realistic view of this diabolical and insipid Roosters outfit permitted to trash this team yet?

Its hard to stay positive right now but looking on the bright side I would say that at least the Warriors will kill off our finals hopes and we can start looking forward to the Knights premiership year of 2012

Whenever I'm feeling like I should swallow my hatred of Stuart, I remember what he said to Bernie Gurr.
