Graham is shocking and has no potential for improvement, Naughton does. In saying that he will make way for Perrett once he is fit as should J Carney for Linnett.

I know DT dreamteam stats dont provide a great comparison but I'm too lazy to locate all the info.
Graham - average over 3 games is 18.67
Naughton - average over 2 games is 40.00
Naughton 128
Graham 46.33

personally, i think BJ is developing nicely as a winger, he is getting safer under the high balls and his confidence is growing. while not the ideal size and shape for the role, he is growing into it.
This may be the team we see for the next few weeks: (until linetts return)
Mini
Leilua
J Carney
SKD
Perrett.
No point in breaking up the leilua/SKD partnership, that seems to be working well

Graham is never going to make good metres as a winger but he can finish and he can defend (i.e. the two basic things you want a winger to do).
He can set up an outside man when he is in the Centres and he doesn't leak points like a broken tap like everyone else that plays on that side.
When Carney tried that chip to the left last week he was expecting to see his winger chasing for it at speed.
Instead he got Naughton not even in frame. Not sure if the kick was good enough but with Naughton there it never will be because he's a plodder.
Our problem hasn't been having enough ball or field position it's been having enough points.
Graham set up Carney twice for tries when he was playing inside him. Carney only managed to convert one when pretty much every other winger on another team gets both.
I'll take Graham for zero metres and a try or a try assist instead of Carney or Naughton for 400 metres, no points and letting in some for good measure.Last edited by securitron_ch; 05-24-2011, 08:04 AM.

And Leilua coming off the bench as a forward impact player
Linnett is a far better option in my opinion. He proved that in 40 minutes against the Sharks.Born and bred in the eastern suburbs.
