Only my opinion but when 2 people have a different opinion on domestic violence events that happen between them they both make things up & they both tell lies. If she has photos of the bruising on her arm I believe he will be found guilty of assault causing actual bodily harm & if he admits to smashing her phone he will be found guilty of malicious damage. The stalking spraying her with a drink & kicking her out of bed will be thrown out because it cant be proved.

the bruise turned up a few days after the alleged incident....how can we be certain those two are linked? Especially since she has provided another explanation for the bruise

peris obviously didnt think this out very well. The ramifications from this whole court case will show her as a drug effected text junkie. Im sure the australian olympic committee will be looking else where for an athlete to fill her possible position. I dont think $40k would cover the cost of embarrassment of coke use. or the 40k texts. To kick her out of bed. She may have farted. skd may have needed to have an early rise as he is a professional athlete and is also committed to his sport, team and club. Or maybe she was smashed on coke dribbling shit and he couldnt be bothered with her crap.

I probably feel too passionate about this topic.

It seems in 2016 that women are allowed to bully and intimidate men emotionally, yet after 2000 years of evolution men are required to act with dignity and grace when feminism only evolved 30 years ago.

Most good men I know, can establish the difference between right and wrong.
The problen we currently we have as a society is the demonising of male aggression without acknowledging FEMALE aggression.

As a society we are in transition period. The rise of women with the fall of men.

It is a consistent and subtle theme.

Whilst I agree that women have been unfairly disadvantaged in the workplace, I cannot passively support the unfair marginalisation of men in the family courts that have been evident over the last 15 years.

Again, this will slowly shift back I hope.

This case on face value is a joke, a grab for money driven by a political mother with agendas that outweigh a young footballer trying to emotionally navigate a broken heart.

The athletics thing probably isn't going to be an issue ultimately, as she is absolutely nowhere near olympic selection anyway. Her sooking to SKD that he needs to be more supportive to help her achieve her goals grated me the wrong way. Anyone wanting to make it to that level of competition shouldn't need any assistance from anyone to be dedicated. Looking at her times I feel like she is simply not good enough to make it, but has been groomed for too long by her deadshit mother into believing she is actually a world class athlete and can't let it go.
