Most of what's being reported so far is putting the prosecution's case at it highest. Will be very interesting to hear what Temby QC (legal practitioner of 50 years) does in cross examination.

I am no lawyer but if that is the best that they have got, then Skidsy should have nothing to worry about ...
It has also been reported that 2 of the charges happened whist she was on coke, so her credibility is going to get really tested during this court case ...

That's really no big deal imo. Especially in the context of their relationship where this woman sounds liable to drive a man borderline insane.
Putting your fist through a glass frame in anger while arguing with your missus is a pretty aggressive thing to do, though. Not a criminal thing, just a bit of a marker. The facts around how it was done could make some difference, though (she claims he smashed it right next to her head, he claims otherwise). If he's walked into another room and hit something in frustration, thats one thing. If he's smashed it while they are yelling at each other, that is quite another.

It's called being human.
I doubt when your wife kicked that door you saw it happen and feared of the damage that could be done if she were to kick you, whereas that is absolutely a concern for a woman when a man does it

Call me sexist, but I'm of the opinion that the physically much stronger and larger male has much more responsibility to curtail their physical outbursts than the smaller and weaker woman does during an argument.

Does it hurt your head, carrying all of these deep thoughts around in it?

I just think that's a straw man, is all. I have no doubt that it would be scary for any person being exposed to that level of aggression, but the scary part (I imagine) is seeing their loved one so upset as to see them effectively hurt themselves out of frustration.Last edited by Salvatori Grubber; 02-24-2016, 04:16 PM.Making Steve Naughton look like Vince Mellars...

That could well be true, too. It all comes down to context
