I tend to feel that most of our problems are cultural. It you've got a strong team ethos and leadership, the boys would play for each other and play with commitment. All our laziness and the passionless bullshit they put up is a result of the fact that the team doesn't demand anything better of each other. None of them seem to feel responsibility to their teammate, the club or our fans. Our problem will never be talent, just work ethic.

Last week I saw some effort, which was encouraging. I'm still holding out hope!
