Guerra is more often than not a selfish player.

This is an interesting comment, given that most "Game plans" are based on staying true to the task , this takes alot of personal discipline to resist the temptation to act on instinct.

My time in the Game has taught me that League is a team sport, each team member has a task to perform, when this breaks down results often go against you.

There is a "long bow to be drawn " between being selfish and being disciplined , the day we are fully aware of the part players are tasked in "the Game plan" is the day we make the coaching panel.
