He has a whole lot of potential, Taukeiaho. I think he'll be a solid back rower for us this year.

Does anyone have any news / insight on the injury to Vincent Leulaui? And has Napa been charged? He was put on report twice....?

Taukeiaho is a beast, I don't think he's gone close to realising his potential yet either. I really like the fact that he's playing long minutes now.

Every time someone says we were stupid to let Maloney go this is one of the guys we wouldn't have been able to re-sign as a result. It's so easy to take credit away but it's much deserved to the club in this case.

I think the kid has the balance right so far this season and seems clear about what his role his in the team. Stats are saying a hit up every 4.5 mins with an average of over 10m per run and then 2 tackles made in between hit ups. Every 4.5 mins... that's a fair motor whether you're a believer of stats or not.

Absolutely agree. Siua is young and if he trains hard and keeps fit, he has a long prosperous future ahead of him - hopefully with us. I think he work rate and ethic is well above other promising Islander boys we've had in the past - recall Masoe, Lama and Tinirau to name a few.

Totally agree SST is a beast, great player, as for your other comment we let the wrong half go, Maloney should have been kept, Teflon released, we would have saved money and at least had an experienced, dedicated half to start the season
