Agree TCB. Like you, I am a huge fan of Robbo and the way he conducts himself. But I just can't wrap my head around the reasoning. I have reminded myself that he knows a lot more about football than me, but still.... ..

Nah seriously i got no idea why we can't just use Maubs if jake goes down or if he needs a rest. Especially given the fact that he was starting in finals last year and doing a decent job.

We also have the reduced interchange to think of and wasting on bench spot is even more costly than it was last year.

I hope common sense prevails like it did with naming mitchell at fb, and we pick anyone else. Butcher, Frei or Pappalli. Connor Watson had a really good game on the weekend as did Garvey. Maybe another debutant from the NYC is the answer.

Exactly mate. In the past it was pretty easy to suggest the likes of Ricky Stuart, Chris Anderson or Brian Smith were out of their minds or plain stupid at times. Mostly we all like and respect Robbo. It would take a bold man to suggest they know more than him about NRL. So having said that, what the hell is going on? At least a young guy who is not quite good enough can improve. The only direction Henderson is headed towards would be immediate retirement. What other club would even sign him?
