I think if we are a chance at all then Evans and Napa need to actually make a dent in the Cowboys line. I want to see them making metres carrying 3 blokes on their backs. Bring back the mongrel! Some second phase play would be nice too. I can't recall seeing any of our forwards offload yet this year.

Look I'm not expecting much tonight, but there was improvement last week... Tonight however I think they will try their best to play out of their skins knowing they are coming up against the best. I think if we get Latrell in the attack more and allow our second rowers to be more creative then yes we could win the game.

However, our respect for ball control has to be spot on tonight cause holding the ball out of your arms on the 1st or 2nd tackle trying to offload deep in our own half is not an option to take tonight. 9 times out of 10 SKD and Tupou drop those balls and we don't recover well.

Agreed... he's not overly spectacular, but he's an experienced set of hands. Sure Hastings and Nikorima WILL be better than him. However, he's not out there doing stupid kicks that give the opposition 7 tackles and the like. He's just a chilled dude, running the ball when he gets it and playing all the safe options. You need a guy out there who's gonna say 'just take the 5 tackles and kick it... no fancy shyte this set...'

I think the only reason we improved last week was because raiders were down on troops.

Cows off a loss and back at home, think it may be a long night. Bit cows were ordinary in their first two games, and come into it raging hot favourites, depends if they come out complacent.
