    Injury Update
    Iosia Soliola
    Soliola suffered a medial ligament injury within the first minute of the game. He will have scans early in the week and is likely to be out of action for 4-6 weeks.

    Craig Fitzgibbon
    The Roosters warehorse suffered an ankle injury in Saturday's loss to the Knights at the SFS. He will undergo scans to determine the extent of the injury.

    Boyd Cordner
    Roosters 16-year-old backrower Boyd Cordner will have surgey on a severely broken jaw sustained in the win over Newcastle. Corner was hit high in an illegal tackle that fractured his jaw in three places. He looks set for an extended time on the sideline.

    Martin Kennedy
    The young Roosters prop who has been a handy backup in first grade this season suffered a sydermosis ankle injury in Saturday night's Toyota Cup game. During the first half Kennedy was chaired from the field and scans this week will determine how long he remains out of action.

    Fine Moeakiola
    In the final quarter of the Roosters Toyota Cup win against the Knights Fine Moeakiola suffered a serious ankle injury similar to team mate Martin Kennedy. The Roosters winger will know how long he will remained sidelined for later this week as he awaits results from scans.

    James Aubusson
    James Aubusson suffered a serious knee injury in the round 9 match against the Melbourne Storm. The hooker has ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament and has had surgery.

    Anthony Minichiello
    Anthony Minichiello injured his left ankle in the Round 2 game against the Canberra Raiders. He is suffering from syndemosis and underwent surgery on Thursday 26 March. He is out of his boot and has started physiotherapy. It is anticipated he will be out for another 6-8 weeks.

    Mitchell Aubusson
    Mitchell suffered a back injury in the second half of the Good Friday game against the Brisbane Broncos. He is anticipated to return after the bye.

    Ryan Williamson
    Ryan sustained a fractured jaw in the Good Friday game against the Brisbane Broncos and underwent surgery on Saturday 11 April. He will miss 6 weeks

    Anthony Cherrington
    Anthony Cherrington has a stress fracture in his foot and in undergoing physio treatment. He is anticipated to make his return in Round 11

    Riley Brown
    Riley underwent surgey to repair a fracture in his arm that was broken in September 2008. He will be out until July.

    Mose Mosoe
    Mose has had surgery on his ruptured ACL and will be out for the remainder of the season

            i'd like to see cherry come into the centres and push sa on the bench or reserves.

              Wouldn't cherry be more effective in the forwards, he can run the lines and has skills to be one of our leading attackers. When is he expected to return anyway???

                Ryan Williamson will be back playing NYC round 13 against Manly. Would have been ready for round 12 if it wasn't for the buy. Says he can't wait to get back on the field again 100% fit.

                    your probably right. its just something i'd like to see, since we don't have any centres, he might be able to draw some defensive attention and maybe put pez into some space, he seems to have his arms free alot, and he likes to run the ball near the line (but kinda lazy otherwise), so besides the speed factor, i think he could play centre.
