Is anyone left asking the question exactly how Cummins came to provide a statement to the MRC on behalf of the charged player, Klemmer? Did Hasler phone the voldemort or did Castle? Directly? or via the Referees Association?
Did Bellew ask?
Isn't Todd Greenturd going to be the new NRL CEO? Already doing behind the scenes favours? ....
Moa was suspended for 1 match (Round 15) after being found guilty of contrary conduct by the very same MRC panel officials that reviewed Klemmer's appeal.
Klemmer's defence lawyer, Ghabar said Klemmer had touched Cummins with "the tips of his fingers" as the basis of his argument.
I'm guessing the only reason that this thread is still in the 'Sydney Roosters Discussion' section of the site is because it's the most visited part of the site & people can compare penalties against previous penalties handed out to Roosters players...
This story has nothing to do with the Roosters except the media may remind the public of Jnr's indiscretion again...
I come to this site to read about the Roosters & other breaking league stories also, so maybe it's time to close the 'Other Rugby League & Rugby League Discussion' section of the site & people just post here (as they do anyway)...
Just rename the section...
Keep the Lower Grades & History section separate & leave the site news & other sports section for anyone who wants to know...

Bit weird ay? Every other time I've seen somebody touch the ref it's zero tolerance regardless of the circumstances (unless you run into them because they are standing in the way of play).

Wait... what's this... hmmm. Fingertips?
so you can only use finger tip to touch the ref. like poking him in the sternum with your index finger 8 times really quickly
What's it say about the roosters then? We have had plenty of headlines in the past year.
It says the exact same thing about us too, that we were badly run by our CEO. Our former CEO allowed stuff to go down because he wasn't paying attention.
Stuff like Junior forwards taking timepieces without permission, centers getting into fights with the cops at 2am and, of course, the biggest hit. When you're told to go home after a club do and given a cab charge to do it, you don't take two junior members of the club out, dry hump a dog, piss on someone couch, question your own sexuality and put yourself in a position to get filmed doing it.
Add to that said CEO decides to up and quit...to the best of my knowledge...not that long after returning to great fanfare and trumpets.

Quite unbelievable. Obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed, very fortunate we missed out on this signature. He'd be plastered all over the news had he signed with the chooks.

Well you lasted two solid weeks mate. Well short of what you hoped. And much further than any of us expected.
