Sadly, I have to agree with you agreeing with me.

At the risk of being more unpopular than I am in the real world, I gotta say that this site don't represent the average Rooster supporter at all.

I wonder how some coped before the Sook pen?

You forgot to mention, we also lost our 5/8 maloney.

Johnny implied Maloney when he wrote "the club lost it's best half" as he certainly wasn't referring to Pearce with that comment.

Did Hastings get injured? Just watched the press conference. Robbo said a lower leg 'broke'... I take it that was 'broke the tackle'?

I'm in Canberra TBH didn't even care last night. Knew we were gonna get pumped and just rolled with it. I watched the full 80 too for some reason (usually switch it off when the game is clearly over and we're losing).

Call it a bad thing but I'm resigned to the fact we're a flawed team this year. It makes me quite calm when watching games (no whinging about the refs on 50:50 calls...etc) and gives me a new appreciation of rugby league (I start watching more and more non-Roosters games).

2009 was probably worse because we had an experienced squad and started with a win, so I had this false hope that we might do alright.

I certainly was not expecting Hastings and Fingerson to be the worst 2 players on the field..

                    They were both diabolical.

Hastings confidence is at an all time low and it is effecting his decision making.

Success doesn't breed success, it breeds complacency. And arrogance. Hopefully this will clear out some of the fair-weather fans that only turned up when the Roosters became successful.
