The decision to move the game to the Central Coast is a boneheaded one. The few people who would have turned up on rainy day to watch the Roosters get flogged is going to be exponentially diminished. What self respecting fan is going to load up the Maori mover and drive up the M1 to take the family up to a stadium that has no cover, piss poor amenities and is the second worst ground to watch football at after Leichardt oval?

It's a bit of a kick in the balls ay! We purchased tickets to this game then they moved it - IMO it's worth telling the ACCC that this is becoming a common tactic.

As an interstate member, it's lame when this happens because I can't attend every weekend, so sorta expect to be able to attend when I'm in town.

I actually like the stadium FWIW. It's pretty new and has some cover. Shark Park's the worst stadium I've been to thus far...

Because the season ticket membership clearly stated it was for 11 games (or perhaps even 10). I knew that when I signed up and have no problem buying a ticket for this Sunday.

The only change was that the Gosford game was meant to be the Round 9 clash against Newcastle but had to be changed to this week's game because Allianz is actually not available this Sunday (typical NRL for not checking that before finalising the draw).

Gosford Stadium is actually a decent stadium to watch footy at - a smaller version of Allianz basically, where most seats have a decent view. Not sure how many grounds you've visited Johnny but there are certainly plenty worse than Gosford to watch a game of footy. Try ANZ Stadium for a start!

Very disappointed that my membership doesn't include this home game. I was planning on making the road trip.

I admittedly wrote that late last night so I suspect my rant vs fact ratio was lopsided.

Ok thanks NC...so really it's an 'away' game then.

I don't mind going to Gosford for a change either and it's always great to get 3 grades on the same card. Esp good for the Wyong lads to play a local game as the curtain raiser.

I'll safely guess there isn't a reciprocal SCG trust ticket offer.

It's looking like it could be a Mt Smart day, the saving grace is that the maximum could be a relatively balmy and humid 25 degrees.
