We get extra money for it too - a silver lining when we're gonna get smashed anyway?
Fans - get farked over because we have to pay for the tickets twice. NFI why... Roosters had to rent a stadium REGARDLESS and the NRL pays extra for this game regardless of how many people rock up. Senseless money grab IMO and questions need to be asked.

Although I have been following this forum for a long time but never posted, felt I must add to this topic. We have been going to Central Coast many times over the last few years and have always been able to use the season ticket for entry. Phoned the Roosters today to express my disappointment that the Roosters felt they had to disadvantage members for a home game. I will not be travelling this week and watching on Fox.

Spewing, I'm up in Sydney for a wedding on the weekend and was planning to go to the sfs for the game, thanks to the OP for pointing out it's in gosford.
Going by that team list, im assuming "overrated" is guerra and is playing 5/8 again.

Their field, stadium and gym are a joke too:
- Gym's just some little shed that's worse than the gym at my apartment block. All they've got is a few rusty old weights + a bench press thingy.
- Field... the surface reminds me of this shyte field that we had to train on back in school. Bumpy as, had a solid cricket pitch in the middle, clods wverywhere, dodgt grass and they'd dump sewage onto it for some reason, so it literally stank like shyte.
- Stadium... I reckon that it's on par with watching the Galloping Greens play at Coogee Oval. It's mostly a grassy 'hill' (although usually a grassy hill has like... grass and isn't flat) and there's 1 small seating area where only the members can sit.
Special mention goes to their carpark. I'd say say it's shyte, but they don't have one. You park on the street like 3km past some golf course and then once the game's over you are stuck waiting for hours because there's only 1 tiny street where everybody has to go out. Great town planning there!!
The players? Again, no carpark or back entry. Their bus pulls up on this little spot of dirt next to the field. After the game they have to walk out the front gate (being heckled by Sharks fans) and then walk around to that patch of dirt to their bus (which will be stuck waiting like everybody else).
Sub-par for a professional team IMO.
It's quicker to leave the ground to take a leak.
