On paper we should be fine if that's the main contest.

Alas, there are a bunch of complete mismatches:
    - Johnson v Hastings/Nikorima
    - RTS v Mitchell
    - Ayshford v Elliot
    - Mannering v Maubs

Paying $2.15 for us to win. I'm not a betting man, but who knows... if we don't win this week then at least we're one week closer to a win than we were last week.

Asyshford vs Elliot is a mismatch indeed, Elliot should get 4 tries.

I'd take Maubs over Mannering too.

Not in a million years, Maubs is a good bench/utility, yet again this season has proven he isn't a starting player. Mannering can easily play 80min of quality football

Was gonna say at full strength mannering wouldn't even make our bench, but I'd take him ahead of Guerra, which isn't saying much these days.

I love Maubs... but we're comparing a World cup winning forward who has captained NZ to an extremely versitile clubman.

Maubs should not be discounted, but...

              Well put.
I wasn't hating on Maubs just can't really compare him to Mannering

hope we smash RTS. Naps and Evans will be looking to land some solid contact on the former. I can almost say with certainty tho that he will run for 170+. always does.

He's also been captain of talented warriors teams that haven't played finals football in 5 yrs. I'm not saying mannering is shit, but I'd hardly be jumping thru hoops if we swapped Aubbo with Mannering. Would b a zero sum gain, except he'd cost us more.

                    Maubs is a god.

If we swapped him for anyone it wouldn't be worth it.

I bet he scores a try or 2 & plays his best game for the Warriors.

I'll take the under 1.5 tries option for RTS

                          My tips
Forwards to run hard and straight , make good metres up the middle.

Latrell to have a blinder , and man of the match.
He's due for a big game , mistake free , all he needs is a little luck for a change, and things will turn around.

Our kicking game to click and we don't kick anything dead or out on the full.

                          This is what WILL happen!

                          Go Chooks.

Simon Mannering would get nowhere near state or international selection if he were Australian, just like Mitchell Aubusson.
