We need to start signing a couple of off contract players, or disgruntled players from another club asap. I know we have players coming back soon but we need more than that now. As you know we need a proper goal kicker today. Someone from another club playing in the lower grades maybe. We also need another forward someone like Elijah Taylor from Penrith who would help out with our very inexperienced pack, He has a very high work rate something we also need. The 3 roosters who will return will need sometime to get back into it by then over half the season has elapsed. Lachlan Coote is another i would be chasing big time.

Cordner is a much better Elijah Taylor and his contract has just been renewed. We have no choice but to be patient unfortunately.

The money that has been set aside is presumably for either SBW or Hayne. I'd prefer SBW personally - for leadership and on field presence alone he is worth every cent.

I'm a massive fan of Coote too, but I can't see us being able to afford him unless the Hayne/SBW idea falls through.
