LOL, fred, with that posts, you have brought up images of Brain out on the field on the back of a chariot with a whip flogging players as they make mistakes during a game, ancient egyptian style !

Seriously though, ball handling is a basic. you are taught at under 5's how to hold the ball. Smith can have them doing ball work sessions week in and week out for the next 6 months....if a ball is going to drop, it will drop.

Our defence caused thurston to drop a ball or 2....should neil henry drop him???

With Quite a few injuries in our Squad it doesn't leave him with a lot to choose from. The lack of experience is already killing us, the young guy's seem to let the blood rush to the head and make silly mistakes. I don't think there is many short term options, play the guy's we have available and try and instill some paitence and keep it simple.

Well looks like you have done the same about my post.

From your posts (and i am talking across your posts on the forum) Fred, you want just about everyone sacked or dropped.

We have been though 4 coaches in the past 5 years..........THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!

Then again, if it is further destabilisation, change and inconsistancy......continue with your stance.

              Wrong.

I want smith sacked. I wanted anasta, myles and mini gone too a long time ago - I was right about them.
Riddell, graham and ryles not to play next year. We've got a good young squad, I am happy with a lot of the talent in our squad but the coaching is shit -it has been shit for years now - thats where the big mistakes have been made.

                Why did Bozo leave?

He was in Packer's pocket. the club pissed off Packer (something to do with Jones spending Packer's money on paying rent or interest rather than buying the best team possible). Packer leaves, starts backing Manly and naturally Bozo went with Packer.

Why would Hasler leave? He has no reason to.

So the OP's fantasy will not happen

Lets do what you want, continue with an idiot that is leading us to the spoon - just so we can maintain some consistency. If its consistency and stability that you want, then stick with smith and you will get another spoon next year to go on top of this year. Thatll make 3 spoons in 4 years but at least you got consistency.

There will be no spoon this year.

The coach has played his part in us being good last year and shit this year.

But there have been greater things out of his control that have derailed us this season.

I've always liked Smith but I always want what is best for the club.

It would be wrong on so many levels to sack him.

Yep, we have a winner for the dumbest post.

So who in our mediocre pack will do the tackling?

I dno about Hasler, we'd be spending half our cap on replacing doors if he watched too many of our performances
I support two NRL teams, the Roosters and whoevers playing Souths

Methinks you have never been to Manly before if you talk of the Roosters being a second rate brothel.
