Bj to bench, Blair to wing, cordner, Lowe or Atkinson to be blooded. Bronco blueprint from 2010 into 2011.

I agree with the last 2 posters about BJ.

Unfortunately smith is either too stubborn or too stupid (or both) to make the necessary change.

I'm a big fan of this young kid but he's not a winger. If I was him, I'd join another club before smith destroys his career. Plenty of others like Mateo, Willie tonga had to leave their clubs when smith was coach in order to progress their careers and I unfortunately feel that BJ should do likewise. It'll be a shame to see such a fine young talents career destroyed by smith playing him out of position the way he's been doing. Either that or we could sack smith.

Plus smith had every chance Last year to look for and recruit a winger if he felt we were not strong in that position - which of course we aren't. And who did he recruit - Justin carney - who has been a complete flop.

          Fred, i agree.
The club or POS were too farkin stupid not to aggressively pursue Michael Gordon early on in 2010 before he exploded into good form culminating in SOO selection. That's twice now Gordon has remained loyal to them despite their lack of interest in resigning him.
The guy can kick goals, play f/back, wing & centre and by all accounts is a low risk dickhead.
What would we know, we're just supporters of the club.

I also don't get why we aren't trying to get sandor Earl back, he'd be cheap, he's without a club for next year and he shits on our current wingers.

Those close to Gordon have said that he would never sign with us.
If fit, would be playing Origin. Good player.

That's disappointing, however i wouldn't want a player that doesn't want to play for the RWB guernsey.
If Gordon wants to continue playing for a pub team then let him remain with the panfers.

The question should be, why and who let him go? and Winterstein? To sign more back rowers?

                  There's your culprit. No vision.

Earl was released as he was involved in an incident with Pearce and Friend in an establishment, we don't need his type back tbh.

Yep - The structure has changed..

Sack the coach and bring back Shandor Earl and everything will be fine. Premiership dynasty for sure....

Clubs are not exactly lining up for Earl's signature, there are far better prospects around than Earl.

It was the incident where Friend was eventually cleared of any wrong doing. Earl didnt get that opportunity. Dont get me wrong, I reckon Earl is crap. But some of the decisions we made are pretty stupid.

Our attacking structure has certainly changed - We had arguably the best attack in the NRL last season, so not sure why we needed to change the way we operated (considering the squad is all but identical). The most obvious indication of the change has been our lack of decoy runners!

I don't understand this change. Last year we had blokes running angles and plenty of options for both Pearce and Carney to pick from - we even had it in round 1. In SOO and City v Country, Pearce had these options and again looked very dangerous. The runners and options have disappeared!

Maybe Smith wanted to alter the game plan for the first half of the year and hope we win as many games as possible, to then change it back to how we were in the 2nd half of the year to make a run for the finals and have momentum at the right side of the year?

I don't know, just have heard Smith say a couple of times of how the team that improves the most at the end of the year will have the best crack.. I think we've left it too late if he's done anything deliberate like this.
